Dwayne Cudjoe serves in the dual capacity of lead solar installer and field supervisor for our residential and light commercial installation crews. Bringing 15 years of prior electrical trade experience, he eagerly approached the opportunity to specialize in solar electrical installations upon joining Solar Plus in 2019.

He brings a positive attitude to the job everyday, along with a set of valuable technical expertise, roof safety skills and knowledge of general structural construction. His attention to detail is highly valued by both Solar Plus and its customers, as he holds crew members to his own high standard of personal performance. Dwayne also tends to lead with a seemingly endless supply of energy, optimism…and steady background of his favorite SOCA music playing from his phone, just to keep things “lively”! Having developed into a steady leader for the company’s expanding number of crew members, Dwayne is a key component to our continued success that we’re very fortunate to have.
