Don and his crew did a great job on my house. He’s a knowledgeable professional who takes pride in his work. As I also work in the solar field, I can attest he is one of the good ones.

Don Tonic did a great job installing my array and when I had a couple of panels with issues over the last 4 years he handled the repairs for me. He is a very trustworthy person and dependable.

Solar Plus was recommended by a colleague in commercial real that had worked with them before. Although I have had some experience with solar panels on commercial projects, since this was my private residence, I had a direct relationship.
Highs: Don provided answers to all of my questions. Besides weather related delays, they finished when they said they would. After installation, they continued to monitor the system remotely to make sure that it was performing at the projected levels. Only issue is that because they are a smaller organization with quality installers there may be some lead time to get started, but that is the trade off for having a quality crew. Don, the owner, was my direct contact.

Low: Slightly more pricey than other firms; however, you get what you pay for.

System was installed on the day we agreed in October 2016, and Don, the owner, even monitors our output and gives us a call in case anything appears off. We did have an issue with water entering an area of the conduit around a year after the original installation and they came right out and rewired the whole system to ensure that there were no further issues.

We are very please with our PV installation from Solar Plus. Don’s company is small and personal. He runs the company and is also on the roof overseeing the installation. We got a great value and much better quality equipment with Solar Plus. They do a great installation job and they give you their full attention. Thanks Don!

They did a great job in permitting preparations and permit variance support. I wish I started the project with Solar Plus instead of them being the installer for most of the project. I used them exclusively with the increased scope of the project. The Site Supervisor was exceedingly through, customer oriented and he and the crew were a pleasure to have on my project.

Both the City’s electrical inspector and the utility’s electrical engineer were impressed with the installation in particular the design and cleanliness of the project.

I will use them for any future for any future expansion (for all aspects).

In life, sometimes all expectations you may have are exceeded as happened when Our SOLAR System was bought and installed. After an extensive search for just the right company and pricing we decided on SOLOR PLUS, LLC to purchase and install our system. This company was very competitive pricing and a professional organization from top to bottom. I wish everything we have ever had done to our home over the years was so well performed and executed. From the beginning to the end of the project we were pleased. The experience gave us both a renewed optimism for companies and quality of product and workmanship. Everything was explained and planned out in an organized methodical manner to ensure an end product worthy of praise. I am a hard person to impress and many think too driven for perfection. I am in my seventies and have always demanded a lot from myself and others in any endeavor. I believe in honesty, hard work and the content of character for any individual. If this company was a publicly traded company I would want to buy stock in it. As a person who is very conservative and not invested in stock, this is saying a whole lot.
